Beautiful chocolate-brown Triceratops tooth
A very good partially rooted tooth from one of the most iconic dinosaurs of North America, discovered in the Hell Creek Formation, dating to the Late Cretaceous (Maastrichtian, ~66 million years ago). Found near Powderville, Montana, USA.
This specimen was legally collected on private deeded land with full permission.
Dimensions: 4,1 cm x 2.9 cm (1.61 x 1.14 inches)
One crack has been professionally restored, but otherwise, the tooth is completely natural
