Here you can see an extremely rare and perfect caudal (tail) vertebra from a Necrolemur dating to the Late Eocene period from the world famous "Phosphorite du Quercy" formation.
It is from the Ludian beds of La Bouffie. Tarn-et-Garonne, FRANCE.
The specimen originates from a french private collection and it was collected before 1950 !
Size : 1,4 cm long
Condition : Pristine condition as shown on the pictures. No restoration. Very nice natural patina
